Everything showed up just like I ordered!!! No issues, no surprises, and it all matched fine!!!

I’ll say this for sure: the texture is really nice. It feels soft, smooth, and not heavy at all, which I liked right away. But there is absolutely no question it takes longer to absorb than I expected. It just kind of sits there for a bit before finally sinking in. It’s not terrible or anything, but for me, it’s pretty much the definition of average.

I didn’t feel great about ordering from vitavellecosmetics.com. At first glance the site looks fine, but once I started looking around, I couldn’t really find much clear info about the brand or who’s actually behind it. A few pages felt vague, and the whole thing just made me second guess the order. With skincare, I need to feel like a company is careful and transparent, and this came across a bit careless in how they handle basic info. I didn’t feel safe buying from them and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I didn’t notice much of a change after using it. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me there just wasn’t anything Visible enough to feel worth it.

I was excited when my order showed up, but that faded fast once I saw the mailer. The box was crushed, the product packaging looked kind of cheap, and one of the caps had come loose, so there was a bit of a mess inside.

For cosmetics, I expected a lot more care with the packaging. It didn’t feel like anything was really protected, which made the whole thing feel disappointing. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve how they pack things

I’ve ordered twice now and both times everything showed up on time and felt really nice. One item was a bit smaller than I expected, though maybe I just didn’t read the size details closely enough. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking didn’t really update much in between, so I wasn’t totally sure when it was actually going to arrive, but overall I was happy with how fast everything got to me.

I also got inconsistent answers about how strong the scent was supposed to be, which was frustrating because I probably would’ve skipped it if I’d known. It’s not terrible, but I really wish they had a lighter or unscented version.

The package did show up, but it was a bit late. Tracking worked fine, so at least I wasn’t totally guessing where it was. i’m kind of tired of deliveries being “almost on time,” but this one was okay overall.
